Without a doubt, my recent stay at this exquisite hotel deserves the highest accolades. The room upgrade provided an unparalleled level of luxury, elevating the entire experience to sheer indulgence. The staff (front desk girls, spa, concierge, security) epitomizing professionalism and warmth, went the extra mile at every turn, ensuring a stay that was not just comfortable but truly exceptional. Moreover, the flexibility of offering a late checkout demonstrated a commitment to accommodating guests' needs, allowing for a more relaxed departure. The front desk service was nothing short of exemplary, showcasing efficiency and attentiveness that set a remarkable standard in hospitality. From the opulent room upgrade to the impeccable service provided by the dedicated staff, the seamless experience at this establishment unquestionably merits the highest rating possible. A truly distinguished and refined retreat that exceeded all expectations, earning a resounding five-star rating."

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the moment you walk into the lobby to the welcome of the front desk/staff who were amazing and spent some time to ensure that we know the nice restaurants and facilities in the hotel (thank you Lourdes. You are amazing) The hotel lobby is so beautiful and has a nice atmosphere where you can order warm drinks and. Enjoy the day. The rooms and everything in it are to die for. Once you’re one, you don’t wanna leave. Lots of space and truly a five star hotel. Also suites has two bathrooms Again the hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Everywhere is just a scene. The welcome sets them apart. They celebrated our anniversary and were so welcoming and warm. The locations are great just across the street from the Van Gogh museum and the national museum. The area the hotel on is very fancy and a minute away from the brands street. Truly will make it the hotel of choice.

If you want to have feel like a home in the middle of Amsterdam than welcome to this great pleasure. There can not be a comment regarding the location of the hotel. Greater than great. Most famous museums and shops are just 2 minutes. The lobby which is known as "unofficial living room of Amsterdam" is definifely correct. We had met with our friends especially in there and had wonderful moments. Rooms were very good and I had the best of best ever room service and housekeeping services during my stay. Everytime I came in my room I felt that I am entering as like first time. There is night exclusive service for preparing you to the sleep as well. The bathroom design and ammenites are gorgeous. Etro products smells fresh and qualified. I feel very unfortunate i didnt have chance to use spa services but noticed very detailed menu on last minute. Breakfast was good.

The hotel mixes modern styling with the classical architecture of the old building very well. It wasn’t over the top like a W hotel, nor too traditional. Really deserved the 5 star rating. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could ever need was present including a great office space. Bathrooms were also very spacious. The spa area was very relaxing and we enjoyed the treatment we had immensely. Sauna was one of the nicest I have been in and was able to reach high temps, unlike some other hotels. Pool and jacuzzi also a nice size and was never too crowded. The staff were exceptional and nothing was ever an issue. It felt like you could ask for absolutely anything and it would be possible. Couldn’t recommend the Conservatorium for a city break more.

The room was lovely, the location was fantastic for us, and the staff was amazing. The staffer checking us in immediately noticed it was my birthday, and they went out of their way to make the day special with champagne, cake, and other treats. We really enjoyed the fresh fruit in the room as well. Just a really great experience.
